Data Deletion Instructions (Instagram + CRM)
Kivra Services provides Instagram messaging integration for real-estate lead support. If you want your data deleted from our CRM systems, follow the steps below.
Option 1: Request deletion by email
Send an email to:
Subject line: Data Deletion Request – Instagram CRM
Please include:
- Your Instagram username
- Approximate date/time of your message to our Instagram account
- Any phone number or email you shared with us (if applicable)
We will verify and process your request within 30 days.
Option 2: Remove Instagram app permissions
You can also remove app permissions from your Meta account:
- Facebook/Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites → Active Apps
- Remove the relevant app connection
This prevents future data access from your account, but does not automatically delete historical CRM records. For full deletion, please use Option 1.
What we delete
Upon valid request, we delete or anonymize:
- Instagram user identifiers stored in CRM
- DM conversation content stored in CRM
- Lead profile fields captured from Instagram messages
- Internal follow-up notes linked to your Instagram inquiry
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate security/audit obligations.
